Individual Appointments

Appointments are 50 minutes and are available face-to-face or via telehealth. Medicare rebates are available with a valid Referral and Mental Health Care Plan. Standard appointment fees are $230.

NDIS
​
We support NDIS funded clients who are self-managed. However, we are unable to support NDIA managed plans.​

Cancellation Policy
​
Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will incur 50% of the fee. Non attendance at scheduled appointments will incur 100% of the fee.

When making email contact, please ensure you include your full name, mobile number, and a brief overview of what you are wanting to focus on in therapy. We will be in touch within 1-2 business days.
Do I need a GP Referral Medicare rebates are available with a valid GP Referral or Mental Health Care Plan.
What can I expect in the first session Yosheen Pillay Psychology is dedicated to best practice in psychology and therapy. As such, your first session will consist of a comprehensive assessment which will explore the difficulties and issues that have led you to seek support, as well as questions about mental health history, family and psychosocial background, to help you to establish clear goals in therapy.
How do payments and rebates work Payment is made at the end of each session either by credit card or cash. As long as your bank account is set up with Medicare we will be able to process any applicable rebate at the end of each session.
